How to book

You can book your holiday with us by telephone, email or post.

Alternatively you can pre-book online:

• 1. Find a property you would like to book.
• 2. View the availability of the property at the bottom of its information page.
• 3. Select the day you would like to travel (this will be in blue if the property is available and can be pre-booked on line).
• 4. When your shortlist page appears tick the box 'add to booking'.
• 5. Enter in how many people in total will be travelling in your party and click 'book now'.
• 6. Fill in your contact details and remember to tick the boxes to confirm you have read and understood our booking conditions and privacy policy (otherwise your form cannot be processed).
• 7. A member of our team will then contact you to confirm the availability of your chosen property and take your deposit.

Once we have confirmed the availability of your chosen accommodation with you, we will require a deposit payment of 25% of the total cost of your booking to secure the booking for you. You will then receive a confirmation invoice and receipt.

The final balance is then due no later than 8 weeks prior to your departure from the UK.

Credit and Debit Card payments:

We are happy to accept payment by credit card or debit card. There is no extra charge for paying by debit card, however if you pay by credit card then we will levy a 2.5% handling fee.
