Apartamentos La Fuente, Type B (SLP-1111)

A restored typical Canarian building, conveniently located at the centre of Santa Cruz and just one street back from the sea-front. It has been sympathetically converted into 9 apartments located around an internal patio to offer simple, economical accommodation. An excellent base from which to explore this beautiful island and, for those who prefer to relax, there is a roof-top sunbathing terrace with good views.
There is a reception area and the apartments are managed by the owner who speaks good English.
Minimum stay 5 days.

Layout

Standard apartments (type B) have one twin bedroom, bathroom, lounge with telephone, satellite TV and kitchen area with hob and fridge. There is also one studio which occupies a large Canarian room which has a sitting area, sleeping area, kitchenette and bathroom and larger apartments with sea view and balcony. There is a communal sun terrace on the roof and an internal patio.

Location

The capital of La Palma, Santa Cruz is a pleasant, small, historic city with many interesting old Colonial buildings with their typical Canarian balconies, attractive little squares, museums, street market and a seafront promenade. There is no purpose-built tourist accommodation in Santa Cruz (this can be found at nearby Los Cancajos) but there is a variety of shops and restaurants.
