This compact and very nicely decorated, modern apartment occupies an elevated cliffside position, overlooking the east Mallorca coast. From the terrace, you could be forgiven for thinking you were flying over the sea. Bathing from the nearby rocks in the crystal clear Mediterranean is a real pleasure, or for those who prefer to get sand between their toes, then the golden beaches at Porto Cristo are only a short distance away.

Layout

Constructed in 2006 the centrally heated accommodation comprises: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with washing machine and microwave, lounge with satellite TV and audio entertainment, dining room. Outside: Barbecue, balcony.

Location

The focal of Porto Cristo is its natural harbour, which along with nearby Porto Colom is one of the largest along the east coast. Over the years it has provided a safe mooring for both fishing boats and in more recent years an ever increasing number of leisure craft. During the evening Porto Cristo is a very quiet resort, perfect if you want to retreat and get away from it all, but still within easy reach of the more lively Cala Millor which is only a short taxi ride away. However, during the day the resort can become very busy due to its close proximity to both the Caves of Drac and Caves of Hams, which between them are possibly the biggest tourist attractions on the island of Majorca. Airport 70km. Palma 70km. Village facilities, restaurants and shops 500m. Sand beach 500m. Sea 10m. Golf course 12km.
