Opened in 2002, these comfortable, well-appointed apartments occupy a prime location just 600m from the popular Las Marinas beach, with the convenience of a nearby shopping centre. The Fontana Riviera apartments are set in lovely lawned gardens and benefit from a shared swimming pool and children's pool. Set on four floors the apartments are served by a lift. With two double bedrooms and a living area with sofa-bed, they are well appointed to accommodate up to five adults in air-conditioned comfort. The Fontana Riviera apartments are highly recommended for a relaxing family holiday at any time of the year.

Beneath the dramatic Mount Montgo, at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, lies the pretty seaside town and fishing port of Denia. Located on the Mediterranean coast, halfway between Alicante and Valencia, the area is popular with tourists during the summer months. With Gandia in the north and Javea in the south, Denia is one of Valencia's most visited cities during the summer. Denia's old town has attractive buildings, a castle, colourful markets, interesting shops and restaurants, as well as 20km of seafront for all tastes. About 10km north of the town is an excellent 18 hole golf course. Regular ferry services run from the port to the Balearic Islands, and a narrow gauge railway follows the coast down from Denia to Alicante. Beach: Las Marinas 600m.
