The accommodation comprises: Well-appointed small lounge with leather sofas, Satellite TV (limited channels), cassette player; small kitchen with breakfast bar, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, iron, kettle and toaster; hallway leading to double bedroom; shower room with vanity unit and WC. Leading from the terrace is a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room, hand basin, WC and washing machine. Outside: Landscaped garden, barbecue terrace, sunbathing terrace, private swimming pool (7m x 3.5m) which is heated during winter.
