Casa Karen is a recently constructed, very spacious two bedroom apartment with a shared swimming pool. It is easy to see why this lovely apartment is highly recommended for both a relaxing family holiday and golfers alike. It is conveniently situated at Las Violetas, Villamartin, and is within easy reach of Villamartin Plaza, where you can sample a host of restaurants and bars along with a choice of shops, a supermarket and a bank. Casa Karen's enviable location also benefits from a choice of golf courses close by, including Villamartin Golf course which also has tennis courts. Within just a short drive is the beautifully maintained La Zenia beach and just 20 minutes away is the town of Torrevieja where you can explore a vast range of shops and restaurants.
The well appointed accommodation can sleep up to four adults in two twin bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a terrace that overlooks the swimming pool. The lounge also benefits from a terrace which overlooks the pool.

The Villamartin Golf development began in 1972 and has evolved into a splendid Mediterranean village of 1500 apartments, townhouses and villas with two excellent 18 hole courses at its heart, including the original Club de Golf Villamartin and the new Las Ramblas de Orihuela. Villamartin is fast becoming one of the most prestigious golf courses in Spain, with all the amenities you would expect from a development of this standard, yet the properties are very affordable. Added to which the climate is wonderful, the beaches are uncrowded and there are a number of lively towns within close proximity.
