Casa Luna, Conil (PDC-1601)

Highly recommended for families seeking a relaxing holiday in Lanzarote, Casa Luna is located in a quiet new development area in Conil, a tiny Lanzarote hamlet above Tias and 8km from Puerto del Carmen. The house is on a 1100 sq.m. plot of land. In the garden there is a heated swimming pool, a barbecue and a terrace - ideal for making the most of Lanzarote's many days of Canarian sunshine.
Inside Casa Luna has a large living room with a connecting door to a large kitchen with dining room. All the furniture is rustic, dark teak and the whole house is tastefully decorated. In the living room there is satellite TV, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, large fridges and freezer, ceramic hob and oven.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a large double bed, the other with 2 single beds. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and a dressing room fitted with 2 large wardrobes. The second bathroom has a bathtub. All bedrooms have large wardrobes. Between the bedrooms, there is a beautiful light patio with a wooden bench.
Outside on the patio there is space to hang clothes, a washing machine, iron and board. The glass roof on the patio is open.

The accommodation comprises: Living room with connecting door to kitchen with dining room. Satellite TV, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, large fridges, freezer, ceramic hob and oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board. 2 double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room), 1 twin bedroom. A free cot is available for infants up to 2 years of age. Family bathroom with bath. Outside: Patio, garden, private heated swimming pool, barbecue and terrace.

Location

Part of the municipal district of Tias, the tiny Lanzarote hamlet of Conil is situated approximately 14km west of the capital Arrecife and Lanzarote's Airport, and just 8km north of the largest holiday resort on Lanzarote - Puerto del Carmen. Conil is primarily residential and has so far remained almost completely 'undiscovered' by many of the major tour operators. As a result most visitors here are independent travellers seeking peace and relaxation.
