The centrally heated accommodation is all located on the ground floor, with three comfortable bedrooms to sleep up to 6. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, radio/CD player and a wood burner, the separate dining room has a table and 6 chairs. The tiled kitchen is well appointed with fridge, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. There is also a second bathroom and two further bedrooms each with two twin beds.

Outside is a delightful 200 sq.m garden laid to lawn and planted with trees and palms. There is also a large private swimming pool (9mx4m) with 6 sunbeds, parasol, barbecue and a covered terrace which is an ideal location to take in the beautiful view while dining al fresco. Parking is also available in the grounds.

Location

Pollenca (Pollensa) is a beautiful, historic town with the popular holiday resort of Puerto Pollenca lying on the north west coast of Mallorca. Without a doubt the main feature of Pollenca is the dramatic Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range that surrounds and shelters the town. For the more active visitor, there are numerous walks into the hills from where the views back over the bay are stunning. The bay of Pollensa is home to a multitude of luxury yachts, along with a mixture of colourful local fishing boats. There are a number of small natural beaches in the area and the warm shallow waters of the bay make it especially popular with families. During the summer months there is a host of water sports available here along with a good selection of shops, bars and pavement cafes to choose from.
