Casitas Tia Carmen are conveniently located just 4km from Puerto de Mogan marina and the picturesque Canarian fishing village which has a lovely little sandy beach and pedestrianised walkways with a range of shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, bank and medical centre.

Layout

The air conditioned and heated accommodation comprises kitchen/living room, sofa, a large dining table with 4 chairs, small fully equipped kitchenette with an electric stove (2 hotplates) and fridge. There is a radio and CD player. Separate sleeping area with a Franz Bett (Grand Lit), 2 bedside tables with lamps and a built-in wardrobe with curtain. The bathroom has a sink, mirror, shower and WC. At the front of the casita is a furnished terrace overlooking the fruit plantations. Outside there is a small grill, garden bench and 2 sunbeds with a sun umbrella, sun terrace and swimming pool shared with the owners.

The surrounding Mogan Valley is a nature lover's paradise with plenty of opportunity for walking, cycling, trekking and simply enjoying Gran Canaria's countryside. Casitas Tia Carmen are conveniently located 70km from the airport and only 4km from Puerto de Mogan. Here is the marina and picturesque Canarian fishing village which has a lovely little sandy beach and pedestrianised walkways with a range of shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, bank and medical centre. Sophisticated Puerto de Mogan is the most westerly holiday resort on the south coast of Gran Canaria. The enchanting fishing village and harbour is blessed with a fine sunny climate and has a lovely selection of restaurants and bars.It consists of a delightful old town (built on one side of the bay) and the marina village area, where a variety of yachts from all over the world are moored - from the simplest to the ocean-going - all adding to the overall quality ambience.
