Las Rosas occupies a prime location on the south west coast of Tenerife. Its hillside position affords superb views across the Atlantic ocean, towards the magnificent cliffs after which the town of 'Los Gigantes' is named.
The complex at Las Rosas is adjacent to the El Marques complex. (another selection in our programme). It is highly recommended for families as there is a heated swimming pool, children’s pool, bar and restaurant on site as well as a TV lounge.
A ten minutes' stroll from La Rosas Apartments takes you into the lively town of Los Gigantes which boasts a marina, small beach and an array of bars, restaurants and shops.
This charming resort is highly recommended for those seeking peace and relaxation but we do advise Las Rosas may not be suitable for clients with reduced mobility or walking difficulties due to a large number of steps.
Layout
the accommodation comprises: One twin/double bedroom, bath/shower/wc. Lounge with satellite TV (BBC1, BBC2, ITV plus further channels), DVD player, two sofa beds. Fully fitted kitchen with microwave. Outside: Shared swimming pool.
Maximum occupancy 4 people regardless of age.
Location
Los Gigantes is dominated by the incredible blue-grey cliffs which tower above the resort, giving the village its name - 'The Giants' - and providing a spectacular backdrop. Here you can while away the day soaking up the sun or enjoy the facilities of the marina, including trips to see the resident dolphins, self-drive boat hire or SCUBA diving. The village has a wide range of shops, first class restaurants and attractive sea-front cafe bars. Built around the harbour, where luxury yachts float next to fishing boats, Los Gigantes also boasts a lovely beach lapped by clear blue seas.
