Villa Sol Rey is only ten minutes' stroll from the Villamartin Plaza, renowned for both its nightlife excellent choice of restaurants and bars. Inside the ground floor comprises fully equipped kitchen and an open plan lounge/dining room with dining table and seating for six people. The lounge has two three-seater sofas, cable TV with English channels and a music centre. On this level is also a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers, along with a shower room with WC. On the first floor is a master bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. French doors lead onto a west facing balcony, where you can enjoy a peaceful glass of wine as the sun sets on another day of your holiday. Location

The Villamartin Golf development began in 1972 and has evolved into a splendid Mediterranean village of 1500 apartments, townhouses and villas with two excellent 18 hole courses at its heart, including the original Club de Golf Villamartin and the new Las Ramblas de Orihuela. Villamartin is fast becoming one of the most prestigious golf courses in Spain, with all the amenities you would expect from a development of this standard, yet the properties are very affordable. Added to which the climate is wonderful, the beaches are uncrowded and there are a number of lively towns within close proximity.
