Villa Vista Oceano is a beautiful villa affording breathtaking direct ocean and island views. Occupying a privileged location at exclusive Puerto Calero Marina, it is part of a new sophisticated development of stylish, high quality houses, each with private pools (heated in the winter months) and stunning sea views. Layout

The air-conditioned accommodation comprises: Lounge/dining room with satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player. Patio doors to the pool terrace; well equipped separate kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and iron; utility room with washing machine. An open wooden staircase leads to the first floor: master double bedroom opening onto the south facing balcony and en-suite bathroom; twin bedroom; shower room. Lower ground floor: twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. All rooms (with the exception of the lower ground floor) have air-conditioning. Outside: Private terrace and swimming pool (heated during winter).

Location
